Close examination of Jagan's exhaustive and unique portfolio of works, accumulated from over the last 28 years, reveals evidence of a style that constantly challenges the status quo in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) domains.

He has held a senior partnership position in a leading Architectural / Engineering firm in India for over 21 years. Prior to this, he has worked in a leading A/E firm in San Francisco for about 8 years. He was instrumental in driving the firm’s vision and goals and is the brainchild behind the development of Konnect. He has a thorough understanding of the issues involved in running a successful consultancy firm efficiently and profitably. His experience ranges from marketing and communications to winning and billing clients for work completed. Konnect incorporates the learnings from all these experiences and his vision is to share this expertise to the entire professional services consulting fraternity.

He has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Masters in Structural Engineering and Masters in Architecture, USA with a focus on sustainability and ecological design. He has done challenging projects in California and Mid-Western United States in the areas of IT, Biotechnology, Advanced and Hi-Tech semiconductor manufacturing, Healthcare, Commercial and residential projects. He has done some path breaking research projects in close collaboration with Prof. Egor Popov at the University of California, Berkeley.

Newton Soibam
Chief Software Architect

Newton has over 13 years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and likes to work on challenging projects. He was the main Software Architect in a leading Architecture / Engineering firm from 2006 to 2017 prior to leading the Konnect software development & research team. As the chief software Architect, he has designed enterprise level of architecture and has developed KONNECT (end-to-end ERP solution for Architecture & Engineering firms) with the assistance of the founding partner and other domain specialists. KONNECT provides an enterprise-wide information management system that facilitates the flow of information and for managing all resources and activities efficiently and productively within the business organization.

He has completed his Bachelor's degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He did his Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Manipur University and was awarded as a Gold Medallist in his batch. He is very passionate and enjoys conceptualization, programming, design and developing applications, which will enhance business processes and provide smart solutions and benefit clients.
